USB 3.0 ADAPTER DOESN'T CONNECT
The micro USB 3.0 adapter does not work. Have you removed it from the camera and used another cable? Have you checked the USB-A cable between the laptop and your adapter is working properly?
The problem may depend on the USB cable or from the camera configuration.

Camera Setting
Depending on the camera that you use you can try to turn the camera on first, then plugging in the USB3 Micro adapter to the cameras socket rather than plug in the cables and then turn on the camera.
Wrong uses of LockPort
Over tightening the adapter screws can result in a serious internal adapter soldering damage. Check alignment of the parts of the LockPort and start locking the USB adapter without tightening the adapter screws too strong.
HDMI ADAPTER DOESN'T CONNECT
The HDMI adapter does not work. Have you removed it from the camera and used another cable? The problem may depend on the HDMI cable or from an incorrected use of LockPort.
